So, I've been bragging on the porch. Since I enjoyed it so much again this weekend, I thought I'd show it off a little. My digital camera isn't the best, but you get the idea. Y'all pull up a chair and stay awhile.

I have to admit, you do have the best porch I've ever seen, including the porch at the Beach House. I was always secretly jealous, as my two Wilmington porches were a concrete slab suspended over an insurance company parking lot and a stray-cat-infested rickety swing of death.
Yes, you do have one incredible porch, and I have also always been (and continue to be) secretly jealous. I have yet to have an apartment or house with a great porch (or really even a porch at all). . . I dream about porches like yours!
i'm completely jealous already- where is the wine and crackers.
Come to the east coast, Mendacious, and I promise a supply of wine, cheese and crackers. And I'll throw in some chocolate for good measure!
How gorgeous! It's like something off a movie set, from an exotic location, too.
