This totally sounds like my stepbrother. But I no longer understand the fashion of the under-21s, so I don't even bother.
Ah, Athens. Frat-boy haven. Hilarious. Are the boys popping the collars of their polo shirts down there? That is a big thing with the frat-tastic population in DC...even the middle aged "frat boys in recovery" are doing it...
